On projects with deconstructions of substantial size, the clients are interested in the recycle rates that will be achieved on their projects. By tracking quantities of metals, mill fuels, drywall and concrete removed from the projects, and calculating amounts to be processed for re-use, we are able to quantify and detail the recycle rates we've achieved.

Timber and On-site Sales
During the deconstruction process, Litchfield Demolition regularly encounters timbers of substantial sizes. These timbers are available for re-sale. They provide custom sawmill services to meet one’s structural and decorating requirements. Simply Wood also manufactures tongue-and-groove flooring that will enhance any room décor.
